I am very proud to announce the release of the 8th Edition of Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits, by Natalie B. Choate. Natalie is an extremely well-respected tax attorney in Boston, MA. For many years, her book has served as a THE AUTHORITY for estate planning and tax attorneys related to the legal and tax aspects of handling client’s retirement accounts (e.g., IRAs).
I was honored to be asked by Natalie to edit Chapter 8 of her new book, which examines the unique legal and tax issues surrounding “self-directed IRAs”. She decided to also reference me on a dedicated page in the book as an “expert” in the area of self-directed IRAs (see below), which was very humbling.

The full version of Natalie’s book, whether in electronic or hard copy format, can be purchased on her website (note: I do not financially benefit from her sales, but I definitely recommend her work!).
Natalie and I also previously worked together on an article for Trusts & Estates magazine entitled “The Care and Feeding of Large IRAs“.
Happy Holidays!!
